Michel held leadership roles at Ciba-Geigy and Merck & Co. before joining Biogen in 2016 as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. He became Biogen’s CEO in 2017, serving until 2022. In 2023 he launched Golden Age Health venture and became Chairman of Lys Therapeutics, Clouds of Care, Board member of Zai Lab and Revvity. Michel continues to advise multiple companies engaged in leading therapeutics in PD, AD, MS and neurovascular diseases
