Doug started working with Forepont in 2022 and oversees Forepont’s Operations.

Previously he worked with Eric from 2002 to 2015. Since 2015, Doug has been a strategic advisor and operating partner with asset managers, wealth managers and family offices with respect to finance, operations, systems, compliance and governance. Previously, Doug was responsible for operational infrastructure for the $10bn+ AUM UBP Asset Management. Prior, he was a founding partner and COO of Nexar Capital Group, a $3bn+ alternative investment manager, that was later acquired by UBP. Nexar spun out of the peak $12bn+ Soc Gen Asset Management Alternative Investments, where Doug was the COO. Previously, Doug had been the COO of Safra Asset Management and Alpha Investment Management, a multi-family office the hedge fund business of which was acquired by Safra Bank.

Doug received a B.Sc. in Accountancy from Villanova University.
